Germany’s Schaeffler acquires French industrial firm ECO-Adapt
March 3 (Reuters) – Schaeffler (SHA_p.DE) has acquired French industrial company ECO-Adapt, the German automotive supplier said on Friday.
This acquisition is aimed at reinforcing the Bavarian firm’s industrial division, with ECO-Adapt being specialized in energy consumption, Schaeffler said in a statement.
The takeover is set to be closed during the first half of 2023, it added, without disclosing the price of the transaction.
